Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Baltics Leisure Club, a subsidiary of MB Baltic Shopper,

(hereinafter – the “Organizer”).

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 9 January 2026 at 18:00 (EET) and ends on 14 January 2026 at

23:59 (EET) (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered valid.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The giveaway is open to individual natural persons who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation

• Have a real, active, and public Instagram profile

• Reside in countries where Baltics Leisure Club ships, excluding the United

States of America (USA)

3.2. Company profiles, business accounts, bots, automated profiles, fake accounts,

or giveaway-only accounts are not eligible to participate.

3.3. Participation is personal and non-transferable. Entries submitted on behalf of

another person are invalid.

3.4. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to

participate.

3.5. No purchase or payment is required to participate or to win.

4. How to Participate

To enter the giveaway during the Giveaway Period, participants must:1. Follow the Organizer on Instagram: @baltics.lc

2. Comment on the giveaway post with one personal comment, explaining why they

would like to win the gift card

Extra Entries

• Participants may tag up to three (3) individual persons in the comment

• Each valid person tagged grants one (1) additional entry

• Tagged persons must be real individuals and tagged with their prior consent

• Brands, companies, bots, or fake accounts are not permitted

Maximum entries per participant: 4 entries (1 original + up to 3 tagged persons).

5. Prize

5.1. There will be two (2) winners.

5.2. Each winner will receive one (1) €100 Baltics Leisure Club gift card.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for

cash.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. Winners will be selected randomly using the Simpliers giveaway platform.

6.2. The draw will take place after the Giveaway Period ends and after verification of valid

entries.

7. Winner Announcement

7.1. Winners will be announced on 15 January 2026 from 11:00 (EET) via the Organizer’s

Instagram account (story and/or post).

7.2. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

7.3. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to

select an alternative winner.

8. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

8.1. By participating, participants consent to the processing of personal data in accordance

with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

8.2. The Organizer may process:

• Instagram username• Public profile information

• Contact details (only for prize delivery purposes)

8.3. Personal data will be processed solely for giveaway administration, winner

selection, announcement, and prize delivery.

8.4. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes

without additional consent.

8.5. Participants may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion, withdrawal

of consent) by contacting

9. Liability

9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or invalid

entries.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms &

Conditions or attempt to manipulate the giveaway.

9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of

participants’ Instagram profiles.

10. Changes and Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the

giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.
