Meet Linas Kaziulionis — The Vision Behind our Vilnius Capsule

For our first artist collaboration, we’re proud to introduce Linas Kaziulionis — the Vilnius-based painter and muralist known for weaving together street art, classical references, and layered narratives.

Linas, who also works under the name K ART 7, has steadily become one of the most recognizable voices in Baltic contemporary art. His work speaks in contrasts — familiar yet abstract, still yet full of motion — and has been showcased both across Lithuania and internationally.

In recent years, his name has appeared on some of the region’s most talked-about walls and galleries. In 2022, he received the Baltic Young Painter Prize, followed by being named Best Street Artist in Europe at Italy’s MarteLive Biennale. His large-scale public artworks can be seen not only in Vilnius but in cities across Denmark, Sweden, Thailand, and beyond.

This year, his solo exhibition Shadow Realities opened at H Gallery in Paris, while Pamesti Naratyvai, his newest body of work exploring lost narratives and media influence, took over the halls of Vilnius Town Hall. He was also one of the featured artists at ArtVilnius ‘24, represented by Milan’s Gallery 89 Cento.

Among his most impactful murals is the striking “Stand With Ukraine” fresco, painted at the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy in Vilnius, and the towering 29-meter mural in Grigiškės — one of the tallest ever created in Lithuania.

Next up: a solo painting exhibition at TUMO Gallery (Užupio g. 28, Vilnius), opening on August 21. As part of Vilnius Gallery Weekend, Linas will also host a guided tour of the exhibition, offering visitors a deeper look into his evolving visual language and creative process.

For our Vilnius Capsule, Linas created “Vilnius” — an original print designed exclusively for this collection.

“With this print, I aimed to capture the flow, movement, and rhythm of the city — a story told not just through the art itself, but through the people who give it life. The sketch is abstract, so each person can interpret and rediscover something different every time.”

Printed across hoodies, tees, crewnecks, and totes, Vilnius isn’t just about place — it’s about pace, perspective, and the pulse of a city in motion.
