Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 CET on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, estimated delivery times by destination are

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days (via Omniva)

  • Baltic States (Latvia & Estonia): 2–5 business days (via Omniva)

  • European Union (rest of EU): 4–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United States of America: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Pre-Sale/Pre-Order Shipping Policy 
When you order during our pre-sale or pre-order items, you’re securing your piece before anyone else. All orders placed will ship from a specified date on the product description—fresh from production and straight to your door. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly when your order is on its way.

We offer shipping to the United States for orders over €200. All taxes and duties are fully covered by us, so you won’t incur any additional charges upon delivery.
