Sustainability
Thoughtful choices. Everyday pieces.
At Baltics Leisure Club, we focus on comfortable, versatile clothing that earns its place in your everyday wardrobe. Our approach starts with the materials we choose, the quantities we produce and how each piece is worn and cared for.
Organic cotton at our core
Organic cotton is the foundation of our Core01 collection. It is grown from non-GMO seeds without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, using farming practices such as crop rotation and natural fertilisers to support soil health.
The people behind the cotton
Our organic cotton production partner sources cotton from India, Turkey and Tanzania.
In Tanzania, their direct-to-farm partnership supports more than 2,000 smallholder farmers through training in organic farming, guaranteed purchase agreements and payment above market prices. This programme forms part of their wider cotton sourcing network, connecting material choices with the livelihoods of the people who grow them.
Recycled fibres in selected pieces
Selected styles combine organic cotton with recycled polyester made from used PET plastic bottles. This gives an existing material a new purpose and reduces reliance on virgin polyester.
You’ll find the exact fabric composition on each product page.
Small drops. Considered quantities.
We release small drops and restock in response to demand. We would rather bring a favourite back than buy or produce more than we need.
This approach helps us limit excess stock and avoid unnecessary production as we grow.
Classic by choice
Classic colours and enduring silhouettes shape our collections. We create pieces that work together and fit into your existing wardrobe, without chasing every passing trend.
By focusing on styles you can keep wearing across seasons, we encourage a more considered approach to buying clothes—one that values repeated wear and helps reduce unnecessary replacement and clothing waste.
Made to stay in your wardrobe
We choose quality materials and substantial fabrics, including high-GSM cotton for our signature sweatshirts and hoodies. Fabric weight gives these pieces their substantial feel, while material quality, construction and care contribute to how well they wear over time.
Our aim is to create favourites you can return to season after season, keeping them in your wardrobe and in use for longer.
Keep your favourites in rotation
Caring for your clothing helps keep it in use for longer. Follow the care label, wash at the recommended temperature and air-dry where advised. Wash printed and embroidered pieces inside out, and avoid ironing directly over the design.
Small habits help preserve the pieces you reach for again and again.
