🥉 Club Members
Entry Level—Nano Creators (approx. 1k–3k followers)
Our community of early supporters and emerging creators.
What you receive:
- Occasional gifting
- Early access to selected releases
- Product selection is determined by the Brand. Items are assigned based on availability and campaign needs.
- Opportunity to be featured on our channels
- Selected creators may receive a personal code with 5% commission, based on performance
What we expect:
- Organic content when gifted
- Brand tagging
- Natural, lifestyle-focused posts
- Genuine integration of our pieces into your everyday life
Compensation:
This tier is gifting-based, with selected creators eligible for 5% commission via a personal code, based on performance.
🥈 Ambassadors
Nano to Micro Creators (approx. 3K–10K followers)
Our core group of creators working with us on a consistent basis.
What you receive:
- Regular gifting (bimonthly/per drop)
- Priority access to new collections
- Product selection is led by the Brand, with creators able to share general product preferences where applicable.
- Opportunity for collaboration posts
- Selected creators receive access to a personal code or link with 10% commission, based on performance
- Long-term partnerships
What we expect:
- Monthly content (minimum 1 Reel or Carousel + supporting stories)
- Consistent tagging and brand alignment
- High-quality, on-brand execution
- Genuine integration of our pieces into your everyday lifestyle
Compensation:
Primarily gifting-based, with selected creators eligible for 10% commission via personal code or link, based on performance.
Paid collaborations may be introduced on a per-post basis, depending on content quality and scope.
🥇 Core Ambassadors
Micro Creators (approx. 10K–50K followers)
The faces of Baltics Leisure Club.
A small group of long-term collaborators who help define and represent the brand visually.
What you receive:
- Full outfit gifting per drop
- Product selection is agreed collaboratively, with creators selecting preferred pieces from each drop in coordination with the Brand.
- Regular collaboration opportunities
- Priority placement across brand channels
- Involvement in campaigns and launches
- Access to a personal code or link with 12–15% commission (up to 20% for top performance)
What we expect:
- Consistent monthly content (minimum 1–2 Reels or Carousels + supporting stories)
- Strong brand representation
- High-quality, on-brand execution
- Ongoing collaboration
- Genuine integration of our pieces into your everyday lifestyle
Compensation:
Combination of gifting, performance-based commission (12–15%, up to 20%), and paid collaborations, agreed upon per project or post depending on scope.

Creators may be invited to move between tiers based on:
- Consistency of content
- Alignment with our brand aesthetic
- Quality of execution
- Engagement and overall contribution
Progression is not based solely on follower count, but on how naturally and consistently you represent the brand.
As collaborations develop, selected creators may be offered expanded opportunities, including ongoing partnerships, increased visibility, and performance-based incentives
